Choose the wood in your own space
Flooring Hub offers oak, walnut, maple, hickory and exotic hardwood species. During material selection, you can browse curated samples at home and see how they work with your light, furniture and lifestyle. The consultation begins with Tom assessing the space and discussing your vision.
Details beyond the open floor
Tom handles custom trim, staircases, moisture mitigation and challenging layouts himself. Installation includes preparation and cleanup, followed by a walkthrough of edges, transitions and finishes. If the subfloor needs leveling, it is included as part of installation prep rather than offered as a standalone service.
Hardwood work in Raleigh and Cary
The project gallery includes an oak staircase with hand-finished treads and a curved-nook hardwood floor in Raleigh. Cary examples include hardwood around a living-room hearth, a long hallway run and a kitchen transition. These photos show the different spaces and details covered by the hardwood work.
